The increasingly unpredictable nature of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to impact each of us in profound ways.
At Windmill, we are taking concerns about the outbreak very seriously. The health and safety of our staff, partners, and clients is our top priority:
- On March 16th, we implemented a 100% remote work policy for all employees in both our Canadian and India locations.
- We’ve encouraged employees to maintain social distancing and do what is necessary to ensure the health and well-being of themselves and their families.
- We have eliminated ALL business travel until further notice.
While work and daily life habits have changed for all of us over the past few weeks, I want to assure our customers that Windmill remains deeply committed to providing the same level of high-quality service and performance that you’ve come to expect.
We recognize that you rely on Windmill aspart of your strategy for effective readiness and reliable communications and that those needs are particularly critical right now. For our clients, we’ve worked hard over the years to deliver a platform you can count on, and our team is continuing to explore ways to improve those experiences even further.
